Hi
Over the past few weeks (following a scammer attack), I am getting rejected email messages and the ones that are going through to my contacts are constantly going to their SPAM despite being marked as "Not SPAM".
I've checked my email settings, changed pwd etc but they are still being rejected.
Any help would be appreciated.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

@BrianP43, staff are on here Monday to Friday, so this should be picked up in the coming days.
I'll move your duplicate thread out of the way - please just use this thread for anything associated with the same issue.
You'll need to complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account.
Go via your avatar: settings, drop down menu....complete Personal Information and scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.

Also, all my emails to a yahoo account is being rejected !
