as with other members, emails to sky.com email from tiscali.co.uk email are being rejected.    I am adding to those affected.   Just had a rejection from a yahoo.co.uk email as well.

As an update, recently had rejections from @ icloud . com and @hotmail . com emails, and I suspect @ charter .co.uk as it hasn't given a reply.

All systems working well, no attachments to messages.  I know several other customers are experiencing this.  Why don't TT sort it out?

@Ady-TalkTalk my contact at sky received an email from my tiscali mail.  I haven't had a reply to the gmail message yet but the contact doesn't regularly use email.

Any chance you could pick up my other topic https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Email/Not-receiving-gmail-emails-into-my-thunderbird-client/m-p/... as that seems a problem now.  I'm not getting these threads email notifications, they are now going to my iphone junk box.  

It's a bit complicated and I don't really understand.

 

I think you said I can change my email for my talktalk accounts back to my tiscali email instead of the gmail.  Is it easy and would I need new passwords etc?

I've been on leave, but there's been no update. I'm guessing that they're still trying to repair the domain mail reputation.

@Ady-TalkTalk I got another mail rejection recently, from an @icloud.com contact.  Some @yahoo.co.uk still rejecting, but not all.

Another longstanding problem.

@Ady-TalkTalk  Just as an update, my son has received emails from my tiscali to his yahoo.co.uk email.  My sister in law has NOT received in her sky.com email.   Any further news welcome to this saga.....

Hi davep, I opened the incident for this weeks ago and check for updates regularly. Unfortunately, as you say we've still got the same problem. If I hear anything of use I'll let you know.

I'd reported multiple Esps rejecting TalkTalk/Tiscali email that included Yahoo, live.co.uk and Google. It seems gmail and live.co.uk are working again, but I haven't closed the incident as the other domains seem to still be rejecting our mails.
