Legitimate emails blocked by TalkTalk with a TT992 error

Hello,
I work at an email service provider. Mail from one of my customers is blocked by TalkTalk / Tiscali with the error 552 5.2.0 sf6tsm4OTwfXgsf6tspDDo Content rejected (TT992).
These are emails sent to optin recipients from a sender following best practices. Mail authenticates with SPF / DKIM / DMARC and we process all unsubscribes and complaints immediately.
Could an admin please let me know how to proceed to get these false positives reviewed?
