Hi ya 

When people are emailing me including me sending emails to myself from my TT email address most have started to go to spam again.

EG Joe blogs sends me an email to my TT address and it goes straight to spam.

How can this be fixed?

Hi ya i ve have spent an hour on the phone to a lovely lady called Effat and she was so so patient, understanding, courteous etc and a HUGE credit to TT.

She was unable to fix the issue but has escalated the issue to another team who will be calling me back in the next few days.

How do i send feedback on Effat?

Hi ya sorry only just noticed this.

I'm at home now if that's any good if not I should be home by 3pm tomorrow.

Hi ya.

Just tested it by send myself a. Email from TT webmail and Its  gone to spam also.

It is hit and miss if I get the emails or not or if they go to TT webmail spam no matter who sends them.

I usually use outlook on my pc or phone for sending and receiving emails.

When I checked my TT webmail spam I find emails in there so mark them as not spam every time but that it hit and miss if it works or not.

Hope this makes sense?
