In recent days I have been only receiving some emails. Other emails from known contacts including another email address from gmail I have are not arriving. When sending from my gmail account it is not bouncing back as undeliverable. I have logged on directly to Talk Talk and not through an added account to gmail but they both show the same. I have no autoforwards set up either. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

I'm not receiving on my 2 Tiscali email accounts from Outlook.com addresses.
It's been like this for a week or more. As with other reports, the sender gets no notification or bounce back so they think it's arrived. Looks like this is a particular problem for sending to Tiscali addresses.

Latest is that the u3abeacon.org.uk account has been sorted by an administrator there. My account needed to be unblocked as for some reason it had been blocked when it tried to deliver to Tiscali. It was unblocked and I am now receiving their emails. Gmail issue still persists not to be received, so to me it appears that something at Tiscali is causing accounts/domains to be blocked, if that is the correct terminology. Looking forward to hearing a resolution if someone knows. Thanks.

I also have been having the same issue with gmail not being received. This has been happening for around the last 3 or 4 days and also with some other emails such as @Birmingham.gov.uk and is really frustrating. I use Outlook as my email client but the missing mail is not even arriving in my talktalk web mail box

Update on trying to send an email to Tiscali from gmail, I am receiving the mail back now in gmail and it is highlighted in the sent folder and I surmise it is because it has not been delivered. I can send from Tiscali account to the gmail address, so the issue appears to be the receiving of some selected emails....

Thanks for the response but you mis understand I think. The problem I think is with Talk Talk and the tiscali account on their platform, gmail was just an account I tried it from and it is the same from another gmail account trying to mail me. Just had another mail not arrive from a @u3abeacon.org.uk address but the difference here is that the sender had an undeliverable message, where the gmails have not shown that they were undeliverable. I have received emails from Yahoo, NHS and TalkTalk tonight when resetting passwords. Very strange.

The problem re Gmail is a known issue, @Devil, but staff will not respond now till after the weekend.
Make sure that your profile information is complete: go via your avatar; settings. Drop down menu: Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.

If it makes a difference my email is an @Tiscali.co.uk address but is on the TalkTalk platform.
