Request to have IMAP access reinstated

Hello,

 

Can I request that IMAP access is reinstated?

 

For use with following devices and applications: -

 

Windows 10 Enterprise Version 21H2 Build 19044.2486

Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2208 Build 16.0.15601.20446) 64-bit

 

Apple iPhone 13 Pro iOS Version 16.1.2

Hi Russell, I've added your mailbox to those to be restored to normal function. Please allow 48 hours for the change to complete.

Thanks for your reply.


Yes, I have not set up my TalkTalk account on this machine before and as such I confirm that I am using the encrypted settings.

 

On the iPhone the saccout is existing but were already as detailed on the help page.

 

Incidentally Outlook is able to send a test message but not able to log onto the imap server at mail.talktalk.net , even with teh new settings.
