Has anyone actually found a facility in Talk Talk where they actually help you resolve issues. My experience is that they just pass you around different teams, who make you repeat your issue because they're too busy to read the thread. I have spent 7 hours online with a really simple issue, yet no one has actually fixed it.

Hi HughM97, your mailbox is now showing as full access. Have you tried removing it and readding it to your mail client?

You have taken the words right out of my head. Nothing is ever "joined up" so that even if you do have to get passed around, all the TT teams would know what's been going on for you (the paying customer).

If talking about it would help, it would have been fixed ages ago. However beyond (now several) various places telling me they're on the case including you, the complaints dept & now phone calls, no one has yet actually performed the simple taks of releasing my account, this has been locked up since 22nd December 2024. This is beyond a joke now now

Staff here are really good at sorting issue. There is a but though.
Staff work Monday to Friday during normal office hours and are dealt with in order. It's not immediate like phone or chat (guess you'd dispute that given your experience) but you should get your issue sorted.
You may also get the answer you seek from a fellow customer if it's something that does not need an engineer, replacement or access to TalkTalk systems
To begin select the board that is relevent to your issue then start a new thread giving as much information as you are able (I assume it's regarding email as your other post on another person's thread) and stick to that thread.
Posting on other people's threads causes delays and can lead to confusion, so the rule is one person, one issue per thread.
You will also need to update your profile with your account number and use the private notes field to input the affected email. Don't post that in the thread for everyone to see it.
