Hello!
I haven't received any emails from Quidco for a while now and after writing to them through their Messaging system I was assured that there're no problems on their end.
I've done all the simple things like checking Spam Folders and Filters but there's nothing from Quidco in the Spam Folder and I don't have any Filters.
So I was just wondering if any other Quidco users aren't receiving Tracked, Confirmed & Declined emails and if you're out there, Ady, if you could check if there're any Blocks on my account please?

I’ve just wasted an hour of my time trying to get this resolved on chat with no avail! Desperate now said it’s at Quidco end but they’re saying it’s not! 😡

The issue was escalated on Friday to the case management team to look into this for you.

Understood, Thabile! Thanks for keeping me updated. I have just tried to reset my password with Quidco again and can confirm that I'm still not receiving Quidco Emails. Not that I thought I would, but something might've changed in the past 15+ Hours and I had nothing else better to do right now. 😅

That was one of the first things I tried. When I still had access to my Quidco Account I asked them, through their Chat System, over several years, if there were any problems with my Email Address and their system and they kept saying that everything was fine on their end. Now that I can't access my account I have no way of contacting them again. 😢

I want you to speak to the email sender and confirm if they were able to sent the email successfully or are they seeing error message when sending it.
Is the email sent successfully by the sender?

For the benefit of this Topic I can confirm that it's just emails from Quidco that I'm not receiving. ☹️

Just to confirm are you not receiving all the emails sent to you or is it only the ones from Quidco that don't come through?

As far as I'm aware I'm only not receiving anything from Quidco and the clothes shop Roman. (Roman was going to be my next Topic)
Quidco emails used to come from several addresses that were either in x@x.quidco.com or just @quidco.com format, but I haven't had a Quidco email since January 2021 so I don't know how up to date that is.
Roman emails used to come from @mailgun.romanoriginals.co.uk, but again I haven't had an email from Roman since January 2025 so I don't know how up to date that is either. 😅

Thank you. Are you having problems receiving emails from everyone, or just an individual or single domain name (e.g. @gmail.com)?
