Hi

Today 15/09/25 found that my emails are not being delivered either via Thunderbird or directly from web mail site, however I seem to be receiving mail ok.

I have rebooted router, checked server settings all correct also tried from our other computer.

I would be grateful if this problem could be fixed.

 

I have since noticed others on the forum who also cannot send emails. I never received any info from TT regarding linking email address to account number. Anyway I have added my account number to my profile, and email address in private notes so would be grateful if I could return to sending emails.

A long term TT customer.

* Logged in to webmail, the blue task bar going across the screen has 3 horizontal lines on top of each other. Click on this icon
* Once selected, it will bring up a list of options. The first option, which is ‘all settings’, is the one we need to select.
* In the left side menu, click the Mail to expand.
* Select Rules to expand. Then select the Auto-Forward.
* Enter the email address that you would like to forward all incoming email messages to this email address.
​​​​​​​* Once done adding it, click Appy Changes if you are okay with the changes.

Yes to BT both from web app and my client Thunderbird.

Gmail remains silent for TT sent emails sent from either web app or Thunderbird?

A bit more info.

I can now send emails from my Thunderbird to a BT email address.

But not to either of our gmail accounts

I can see emails and personal details using the app link but not my main TT account unless I sign in directly

I'm normally using Thunderbird on all computers , but problem is also there when signed into TT webmail

One point noted was if I send it to my TT address from the same same address it delivers.

Let me know how are you accessing your email service. Are you using the TalkTalk webmail ( https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite) or using an App or Program from your device?

How are you accessing your email?

 

1) TalkTalk Webmail / Through the TalkTalk website
2) App or Program on your device
3) Both (TalkTalk Webmail and Apps or Program)

Are you having problems sending emails to everyone, or just an individual or single domain name (e.g. @gmail.com)?
