Hi, I'm an existing customer but I can't find any of my account details with you as, sadly, my partner, who dealt with everything, passed away very suddenly.
details obscured for customer security
Thank you

Hi Patty55
You need to sign back in to Community to respond and reply to the 5 people that have taken the time to help you.
Did you follow my advice in this topic to get signed in to the customer MyAccount so you could update its Login details?
You have started a new topic on this link here and four people including two TalkTalk staff members that have seen and responded to you are waiting for you to sign in to Community and follow their guidance.

Condolences for your loss.
I've obscured the personal details from your post but TalkTalk will be able to see them from the Edit History.
Was your partner the TalkTalk Account holder or is the TalkTalk account in your name? Just asking because if the account is in your name then you should be able to get a password reset text sent to the registered mobile phone by entering your former email address in the Reset Password journey.
Once in your MyAccount you can update the Login details to update the email address.
Forgotten your MyAccount Details
