Hi Debbie,

 

That's great thank you! Do I need to reset the router at all on the 02/04/19 or will the DLM force a re-sync of the line when it's changed?

Hello!

 

Talk Talk sent an engineer out to look at the line, there were no issues inside my house but there was a line instability which the engineer sorted out. Unfortunately it seems my street was cabled with aluminium not copper to the cabinet and I'm approx 350m away from it so my line isn't capable of reaching speeds anywhere near worthwhile for my Fibre Speed boost to be worth paying for.

 

A DLM reset was performed after the line instability issue was sorted out but this made no difference sadly.

 

Could an OCE look at cancelling my Fibre Speed boost please, it's simply not worth it for an extra 2Mbps.
