Earlier this month I responded you one of your emails and selected the Fibre speed boost. It promised I would move from 40Mb/s to "68-80 Mb/s".
Some days I get a decent speed, but more often than not its no where near that speed, in fact sometimes less than 10Mb/s. So much slower than before.So from my perspective I've been sold a pup.
BTW, I am not testing via Wifi - I'm testing via a PC cat5 connected to the router.

I'm sorry to hear this and I'll take a look now. I've run a test on the line which hasn't detected a fault and the sync speed looks ok. Could you try switching the router off for a full 30 minutes and then retest the speed again please.
