I'm having the same issue here.
I received and installed the wifi hub today after purchasing the so called Fibre speed boost.
I checked a couple of times the speed and not only it is always max 20mb/s (against the 67mb/s advertised) but also it is worse than a couple of days ago when I had a constant 36mb/s download speed.
- Should I open a new thread for this issue?

I've checked the connection stats and your line is in sync at 40mb.
I'm just sending you a Private Message to confirm some details so we can look into this further.
Our Network Team are currently investigating the issue with the fibre speed boost but in the meantime I've made some changes to help resolve this issue.
The speed boost should be active within the next 24hrs.
Thanks a lot. I received an email saying "Your account has been updated" but it doesnt say in which way.
Edit: I understood you made some changes but doing a test from your website I still get max 21mb/s.
Do I need to do anything on my end to get the 67mb/s ?
