Recent fibre broadband keeps disconnecting

I’ve recently upgraded to the fibre broadband and for the first week the internet connection was great for both wired and wireless connections as we were able to connect at the same time in my household of 5. However for the past couple days the internet has been disconnecting very frequently and doesn’t come back for around 15-20 mins and repeats itself. This really isn’t ideal as my children keep getting disconnected from online lessons and we can’t even contact family without the internet cutting out. On my account it says the router needs a software update so can u guys update this ASAP please.
