Hi,
I'm having the same issue as a couple of other folk I've seen in the community, setting up an Archer AX1800 router. For example https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Fibre/Archer-AX1800-router-settings/td-p/3043125
I see the resolution was to change something at the TalkTalk end, reboot the router and try again in 30 mins. Please could you do this for me? I think @Debbie-TalkTalk helped on that one.

Hi
Glad you have been able to resolve this by updating the settings of your router.
Thanks
Karl.

Hmm, I seem to have solved the problem. Connected directly with my pc, logged in via http://192.168.1.1/ and then configured the internet as
USP - Other
VLAN ID - Enable
VLAN ID - 101
Internet connection type - PPPoE
Username myphonenumber@talktalk.net
Password - not filled in.
And I see the DNS servers are; 79.79. 79.79. and 79.79. 79.80
