For a while now, I’ve noticed that when I log into my account, I cannot access my security settings. Says that it ‘cannot find server’. Cleared website data etc and used new browser. Still the same. What can
i do?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

The address within MyAccount that should take you to your security settings is clearly set up with an incorrect redirection.
If you sign in to your customer MyAccount and select the Security panel.
The incorrect address should be amended in your browser address bar so that the first part of the address is: https://service.talktalk.co.uk/myaccount/security
That will overcome the mistake that TalkTalk developers are endeavouring to correct.
