I’ve spent 4 hours and over 4 days trying to get past the bot to speak to a human 

queue for ages, WiFi drops session ends 

going mad 

someone please call me

When the connection drops, does the white light on the router remain solid ?

Staff here are unable to phone out.

 

This issue has been raised as an incident and is actively being work on for a solution.
