Each time I try to log in to pay the bill

Why is it doing this???

I have tried pretty much everything at this point (see above). Deleting the account making a new one, it works for a very small amount of time and then the same.
Each and every month. Different browsers, passwordless, this, that. It is all rather frustrating.

All we can do is keep escalating this for you, @GeeSuss.
Staff are not on here at weekends.
So the same alternative methods remain the only option at the moment.

Presumably you are receiving the notification email in the correct address, so it's the actual access to My Account that is not working?
You have tried other browsers? Removed ad blockers? Allowed pop ups?

It is that time of the month again. I wish to pay my bill, I wish to log-on to my account.
I am not able to log-on to my account.
This is not good and rather annoying. Why my account? why is this happening?
I wish to have answers as I am rather frustrated.

I have just tried on my mobile phone and it is stating the same thing. It has to be a problem on your end and not mine if I cannot log in on two different laptops and a mobile phone?

I have tried to log-in on two different (mac) laptops. It is still stating the same message. I have tried in different web-browsers, still the same message.

I refresh, I try again and the same statement appears. Therefore if it is not a device issue it is a technical issue on your end.
I can log-in to this forum perfectly fine!
This is rather frustrating 🤯

If it's not picked up soon, remember to check the "ways to pay" link I gave you (post #8) in case it's getting too close to a deadline, to avoid late payment charges etc

It is doing the same thing again! THE SAME THING!
I want to pay my bill, I try to log in.... it does not allow me to do so. Why is this happening again!. I try a different browser, same thing again!

I do this, I try to log in using my passwordless and again it does not allow me.
Please fix this, I do not want to have to go through this and having to delete and re-create my account each month and every time I want to pay my bill.

Okey doke no worries.
It is frustrating as it did work last month
I was worried about not being able to pay the bill on time. Account access is important though as I need to be able to manage the account properly.

Now that you have confirmed which email address you are using then the support team should be able to help further. Bear in mind that they do not offer real time support and are only online during normal working hours.
