Change of Account Name

I've just joined TalkTalk but my account name has been entered wrongly. How can I change it? The only option I see is for a downloadable form with proof of the change but the error is not mine. Thanks.

I have the same issue. My name was (completely) incorrectly entered when I switched to fibre and I'm getting sick of having all correspondence addressed to someone who doesn't exist. Obviously no proof of name change as nothing has changed. Any help greatly appreciated 👍
