Hi,
My latest bill (23/02/2024) includes a £60 charge for a router and a £9.95 charge for delivery of the router.
This was to replace a defective router that was returned to Talk Talk. Please check the case details and you will find that it was confirmed and agreed by the operator to send a replacement at no charge.
Please arrange refund or credit of the router and delivery charges, totalling £69.95.

The charges for the router has been credited to the account, you can request a refund via My Account.
