Hi,
For a few days now I’ve been having issues and my router wouldn’t connect. It just keeps flashing orange.
Initial power off reset through the week seemed to fix it, but since last night I had the same problem. I turned it off again this morning and did soft reset as well and nothing has worked.
I’m not even getting hard line Ethernet connection working.
There’s nothing saying there’s any service issues, the exchange box is just outside my street and no work is being done on it or has been done on it by openreach. I spoke to my neighbour who’s on BT and they have no issues.
I was a Shell customer but have been switched over for more than a month now and never had any problems before.
The router is currently on. Can someone run a line test please?
