Contract Renewal - Unfair Price.

Why am I being punished for wanting to renew my contract? I'm being offered a price of £35 a month to renew on a new 24 month contract (currently paying £29.12p/m). You are offering new customers £29p/m.. I remember the days when TalkTalk would reward us loyal customers with the same deal as new customers. Now its all about pulling in new customers and to be damned with the existing.
It's a bit unfair tbh.

I gave it a go, but went through the live chat instead. Matter is now resolved.
Fibre 65 @ £30 a month with 6 months half price.
