Router and wifi keeps rebooting, checking the error logs there is multiple kernel panic messages
[Error][Alarm-Log] AlarmID:104001,AlarmLevel:Error,Device reset. Cause: System reset due to kernel panic, Terminal:OTHER

Already phoned several times and the support could not diagnose the issue so have managed to work it out myself so please can someone update the firmware to the v1.06 or send a new router please

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and upgrade it for you.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
