Hey folks im having some issues that have been on and off the past few weeks and ive had no luck with the chat or phone on resolving my issues , my internet drops connection at random sometimes it might be once a day and doesn't happen again for a few weeks and sometimes much like this week its multiple times a day , my internet will work at a bare minimum even though all speed tests say i have great speeds web pages will take forever to load

That is one of the WiFi hubs, not a super router. Thanks for that info, now I just need to know what the one light does when you have the problem.

The term super router covers at least three routers of different makes & models, hence why I need to know this. Without knowing what the lights are doing, I have no way of knowing if the problem is between the router & the line or internally in your property.

Please can you elaborate by answering these few questions:-
1. What make/model of router do you have (if this is a TalkTalk router, these details will be on a label on the rear or underside of it)?
2. What is the exact status of the lights on the front of the router when this happens?
