Faulty router (again)

Hi, my router has stopped working again, exactly the same problem as the last few routers. Constantly dropping out on all devices. Could I please have another replacement router ordered? 

Very fed up with this being a re-occurring issue now. This is the third router which has had exactly the same problem. This one has only lasted since June last year, much worse than the last two.

I do get the impression from what I can glean from previous posts of yours which are still accessible that this is a WiFi issue? You might perhaps be better served by doing a thoroughgoing analysis with a WiFi analyser and looking at ways of boosting the signal around your home, rather than a constant supply of replacement routers.

 

The support team will of course advise when they pick up this topic.
