Fibre 150 - wifi hub no light

Hi

 

i have been trying to deal with this for the last 3 days but not getting anywhere.

 

since Sunday night I have had no wifi. When I went to check the box, there is no light on the wifi hub. 

i have checked the socket and it works. 

I have done all the trouble shooting recommended by doing the reset (turning off the power and retrying and also using a pin to press the reset button for 30 seconds). Nothing has worked and I am still without internet.

 

I think the box has broken. How can I resolve this from here? I spoke on the phone yesterday to someone and they could only advise me on troubleshooting that I’ve already done. I think I need a new box or someone to come out and have a look? Can anyone advise?

the router should arrive in 24-48 Hrs, and will come with the new plug.

Hi Karl, 

 

thanks, how long does it take to arrive typically?

 

and will it come with a new plug? If the router itself doesn’t work, I’m wondering if the plug could have gone faulty? I know the actual socket is fine as I’ve tested using other appliances in the socket and they work. So will it come with a new plug too?
