This has been happening since yesterday morning when an engineer outside my property was working on the communal junction box. Since then, my internet keeps randomly disconnecting. I need to sort this today as I rely on the broadband to work from home.
It's impossible to speak to a human on here, I'm so frustrated!

Openreach have closed the fault as resolved.

The fault has now been assigned to a line engineer this morning.
We should hopefully have additional updates later this afternoon.

I'm really sorry to hear this.
The line test has detected a potential line fault so I have escalated this straight over to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer.
I will continue to monitor for additional updates from Openreach.
