Fibre 65 - internet keeps dropping

This has been happening since yesterday morning when an engineer outside my property was working on the communal junction box. Since then, my internet keeps randomly disconnecting. I need to sort this today as I rely on the broadband to work from home.

 

It's impossible to speak to a human on here, I'm so frustrated!

Openreach have closed the fault as resolved.

The internet was working ok yesterday so hopefully nothing major to report now.

The fault has now been assigned to a line engineer this morning.

 

We should hopefully have additional updates later this afternoon.

I'm really sorry to hear this.

 

The line test has detected a potential line fault so I have escalated this straight over to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer.

 

I will continue to monitor for additional updates from Openreach.

Hi @nisha82 sad to say a resolution is unlikely today. Your post has been escalated and you should hear tomorrow.
