Engineers have been laying cable ducts into two new properties in our area for fibre and I have been trying for years to find out when we can get the supply. I need to know how I can make contact with the department to tell me when we can get the necessary supplies.

Got my wifi sorted out but now my landline is no longer working. They forwarded it to Openreach but I haven't heard back
for a little while. Is there a difference between getting help with broadband and a landline fault. I wonder if you could look
into it for me.
