Flashing red light

Keep getting a flashing red light on my router (sagecom) and Internet goes down. Tried restart and unplugging, its just doing same thing.

Yes it's still occurring, internet service gets interupted with the white light turning red.

This past few days my router is flashing red from time to time, it's very annoying when watching the TV which depends on an internet connection. It's usually very reliable with good speeds. Help please.
