Wifi is super slow and frequently drops out. Am trying to work out if we need a new router or there is another fix to improve it?
Anyone have any ideas? I can't remember when the router is from so not sure how old it is and can't seem to find any details in the account history.
Any tips gratefully appreciated.

Can I just check, have you also factory reset the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds?
If you have already tried this then please let me know and I can send a replacement router.
