I have an old Huawei HG633 router which has to be rebooted frequently to perform at full speed. My broadband connection is fine and according to my Service Status, my broadband speed to my router over the past 7 days is 35 Mbps. My broadband falls as low as 2 Mbps every day until I reboot the router and then it works at full speed again.
How do I get a replacement router?

Hi have used new router tonight and checked the speed at regular intervals and every time the results were high, I haven't had such high readings before and certainly not for over twelve months. I wish I had found this forum sooner as I have wasted hours on line trying to sort this out. I had a good idea that I needed a new router but trying to get that through to the help line was impossible.

Does this happen on wired (Ethernet) connections as well as wireless ones?
