Hi, the internet is unusable. The upload has been reduced to 0.18mb and this is the actual sync speed.
I have done a line test on Friday 16th which identified a fault - It said Engineer is on the way to the exchange.
Fault Reference: REP-14000281
It is now Wednesday 21st and there has been no update and no change to internet speed.
Please advise.

This fault is still with Openreach, it appears they are arranging the date for when the engineer can complete the works required.
I will check on this again this afternoon for updates.

Hi James,
This is still in hand with Openreach. The notes on the fault ticket say that complex network solution is required to complete the job. Looks as though dig work may be required as 4 way traffic lights have been requested. I'll check for further updates tomorrow
