Internet keeps dropping

For the past 4 days my interent connection keeps dropping, some days its about once every hour. The router light remains white. Turning the router off then back on helps, but i cant keep doing that day after day. The router was new this year. The router light remains white. A fault report was placed on my account, that was on the 13th and its still marked as " We’re looking into it and should have an update in the next 5 minutes." been no update since.

Our engineers are working to fix this issue ASAP.

In just the past 5 hours i've had to reboot my router 5 times. Its been like this all day, everyday since the 13th. Clearly the issue is your end judging by all the other posts on here. Its been like this for 4 days now! i would expect a fix.

[ i couldnt even finish typing this because once again internet dropped].

Still also having same issue .. been going on for 3/4 days .. any resolution offered by talk talk ?
