Can’t get past the bot to speak to a human

I’ve spent 4 hours and over 4 days trying to get past the bot to speak to a human 

queue for ages, WiFi drops session ends 

going mad

Staff here are unable to phone out.

 

This issue has been raised as an incident and is actively being work on for a solution.
