Hi
Would it be possible to get a replacement router as for the last few months I have been having drops in network. The white light stays on constantly but both WiFi and LAN across multiple devices. This has made watching anything streamed a daily battle to get to the end of a program or film without it freezing. Only fix has been to turn it off for 20mins and then try again which seems to solve it for a short while. Current router is now quite old and son in law who is in IT said it has to be the router so if you provide a replacement I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi @Graciedog
I've ordered you a replacement router, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
Let us know how the connection compares with the new router.
Thanks

Hi @Graciedog,
That's perfect. I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday), excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent, you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.

Hi @Graciedog
That has narrowed it down to one of three routers. Is it the FAST5364, the FAST5464, or the very latest WiFi Hub 3. There should be a label on the back.
