Openreach have now closed the fault as resolved.
Is everything working ok now?

Openreach have assigned the fault to the line engineers, we are just waiting on additional updates.
Thanks

Thanks for confirming this. I've escalated this fault straight over to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer.
I will continue to monitor for further updates and I will post back here as soon as I have additional information.
Thanks again.

Thanks for adding your details.
The line test had detected a potential issue. Is the router currently connected at the test socket?
