Hi
This is for anyone who still has an old Huawei HG633 router, and who is experiencing very low speeds and having to reboot the router every day in order to keep going.
You need a new router. Contact a member of the TalkTalk Community support team, (such as 'Karl-TalkTalk (Support Team)') and they will arrange to have a new one sent to you in a matter of days.
I have a Fibre 65 package, and my speeds with my old Huawei router dropped down to single figures every day. I contacted Debbie on the support team and she got me a new router in no time.
My speeds are now constant at around 62 to 63 mbps every day.
