I have requested a visit from Openreach to make some changes to the broadband infrastructure at my house but they are not responding. Does anyone here know of a way  to gee them up ?

I was given a date  but as I was told that I would receive a confirmation (text or email) I didn't make a note of it.

Hi yern01,

Were you given a date for the engineer visit?

I received a call from the LVR team yesterday confirming that an Openreach engineer visit had been booked and that I would receive a confirmation text or email but haven't received anything yet. How ca I check what is happening ?

OK thanks. Looks like it's been referred to our LVR team, they'll contact you to discuss moving the socket. They will then book the appointment with Openreach

Yes, the service currently enters my house through a wooden window frame which is soon to be replaced by a UPVC ferame. Rather than drilling a hole in  this new frame, I want the cable to enter through a door frame and the  master socket relocated to my hall.

Hi yern01,

Are you having your master socket moved? Have you been contacted by our LVR team?

I should have pointed out that I have requested this via Talktalk. They took a bit of persuading but eventually agreed.

You should be ordering this through Talktalk, @yern01.
