Hi there,
I'm having a problem logging into My Account at the moment. After a couple of mistakes I got this message;
"We have detected suspicious login behavior and further attempts will be blocked."
Will this problem resolve itself of its own accord, or will I need to contact someone to get the restriction lifted?

Thanks for replying Arne. Yes I was able to today; as you said, wait 24 hours and it will be fine.

Its usually when the password has been inputted wrong in 5 attempts, it will auto reset in 24 hours.
Since your post yesterday have you been able to log in?

Be glad that too many attempts is treated as suspicious as it does mean that nobody else can keep trying either!
