Hi I’ve just renewed and I’ve notice a charge of £30 for a talk talk hub but I have one of these already and do not want another.
I cannot afford £30 being charged to my account at the moment with the current lockdown situation and my wages depleting as I’m self employed.
I cannot find anywhere on here to check this amount will not be charged or to say I do not need as already have the most up to date hub as I’ve been with you before (renewing again this year)
please can someone from talk talk sort ASAP please
