Replacement router request

Hi Talktalk community,

 

Would anyone know how to request a replacement talktalk modem?

 

My internet has been dropping out and disconnecting on several occasions for a while now, each time ran the connection tests Talltalk replies with there's a problem with your modem, that I needed to turn it off for at least 20mins and back on again.

 

This works for a while then the same thing happens again, with talktalk checking again and saying again theres a problem with your modem. 

 

Nothing has changed in the home, its just that the modem has been malfunctioning for a while now as confirmed by the talktalk checks.

 

I'm sure talktalk will agree that I shouldn't be needing to do this often. I've had the modem for years, its probably past its life expectancy too.

 

I cant find anyway of getting in touch with talktalk like we could years ago, speaking to a live person, but Ive noticed in other posts other customers have asked for replacement modems, so I thought id try this way.  

 

If a talktalk member sees this request could you please arrange to send out a replacement.  Thank you for your time and reading.

I need a new router too please. It's playing up and I've been through all the resets with tech. Still not working. And it's quite old.

Make sure that you have added your Talktalk landline number  / account number in Personal Information in the community forum profile area. Go via your avatar/name; settings. SAVE CHANGES.
