Can anyone put light onto this NO INTERNET CONNECTION on iPhones? This happens on mine intermittently. I’ve had 4 new WIFI Hubs 5364 and they all the same. I now wonder if it’s worth paying for this service anymore.

I was just gonna say, think I’ve give up on getting a WIFI HUB 2 or a decent service that works

WiFi Hub is standard issue for most customers.
The "system" will be saying in your case "GFast Customer, send WiFi Hub". If you can get a team member who can think outside of that then you'll get your Hub2, which will work, have a faster web interface and most importantly solve the iPhone issue.
Good luck when you speak to faults escalation and don't give up 🙂

I don’t understand why they are still sending out the 5364 hub when there’s a known fault

Keep persevering with the Fault Escalations Team, stress that they must send a WiFi Hub2 and your issues will be resolved.
It can be done, it's just getting a member of the team who understands and "doesn't just despatch the same router again because that's what the computer said".
