Hi, my router is constantly dropping out as its very old now and I'm in desperate need of a new one. It drops in and out all day.

It is a current model, but I have had it for some time now and the power cable no longer stays put, if you move it even slightly the whole box goes off, the signal is terrible too. I don't use my phone, never have to be honest. I can barely get through an episode of a show anymore, the Internet drops off all day

Thank for updating your profile. The router that you have is a current model. However I've run a line test and is picking up a potential problem. Are you experiencing any problems with your telephone service?
