Hi

Sometimes the lights can be dim or a poor LED, does your internet and wifi work correctly ?

Sometimes the light does seem to fail, @Paul661.

You haven't mentioned which router model you actually have.

For example, the hubs have a control which allow you to switch the light off if it is too annoying,  or back on again, but of course that applies only if it hasn't actually failed:

Staff won't be back before Monday.

Thankfully you appear to be getting online OK meanwhile.

Clarify which model it is and look out for their reply during the week.
