Router not broadcasting 5ghz

In settings shows 5ghz is on but shows disabled in bright red letters, tried reset no luck. Could it be a hardware problem? Trying to get talktalk support to believe that and send a new router, well lets just say not looking forward to that conversation. Has anyone had a similar problem, if so did you ever solve it, and how. Thanks for any help.

Hi
This will need a replacement router to resolve. Add your home phone number to your 'Community Profile' so I can locate your details, and I'll get one out to you.
Regards,
Karl.
