I haven't scored points for a very long time.
But truly, it would help the poster, if there was 1 link instead of 3, all 3 of which take one to the same page.

@Billx and your point is?
People will click on the one most appropriate to their needs. It really doesn't matter in the scheme of things if the get the info does it?
You just like to score points and it's getting weary now. Please only post if it actually helps the poster with their issue.

Hi, @fr8ys
Those 3 links take you to exactly the same webpage.
Pop up blockers can be adjusted a bit, and then you can still get through to TalkTalk webchat.

Hi Helen,
Can you please update your community profile to include your:
- Name
- Your Mother's TalkTalk landline telephone number
- Alternative contact number
We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.
Thanks
Chris

Sorry to see this. Is your mother the account holder? In which case put her name, address and phone number in your community profile here and the support team can check her service.

Live chat is available as is phoning.
If you wish to chat online, there is a link on this page. Turn pop up blockers off if it does not work.

Staff on the forum work normal office hours so will pick this up tomorrow but deal with posts in order.
Please ensure the relevant phone number is included in your profile or the notes field so staff can trace the account.
If your mother is vulnerable have you registered her as such?
