Hi,
I received the new FAST 5364 router from TT. Wifi performance is great, dashboard is great, all looks fine so far. Unfortunately the WAN port appears to be completely useless. I connected it to my NETGEAR switch so as to connect other devices around the house (TVs, etc) and there is absolutely nothing happening. The port is said to be down. I tried several cables and still the same.
What is the purpose of the WAN port? Is there a setting I should enable?
Many thanks.

The WAN port is only if you were connecting to a separate modem. You should be using a LAN port to connect to your switch.
