Separating the bands on my TalkTalk router

Hi everyone,
My Sonos system is repeatedly (some time after I restart my Win 11 laptop) unable to find my media server. Sonos suggested that it's because both my wireless bands have the same SSID and password and that I need to separate the bands. How do I do this?
Thanks, Ted

The router is a TalkTalk Hub SG4K100174

Hi Michelle,  Keith's suggestion worked like a dream. I've also managed to update the WiFi settings on my printer so that it can cope with the new SSID.  No problems today with my Sonos system so I think everything is fine.

OK, you have either the Sagemcom FAST 5364 or 5464, but they are the same as far as this is concerned.

The SSID (network name can be changed here for the 2.4GHz band:-

Dashboard > See Wi-Fi Settings > Manage Advanced Settings > Wi-Fi 2.4Ghz gear icon > Basic

Repeat with a different name on the 5GHz band:-

Dashboard > See Wi-Fi Settings > Manage Advanced Settings > Wi-Fi 5Ghz gear icon > Basic

However, I think it is far more likely that your problem is caused by Wi-Fi interference, with which I can provide a lot of help. I have had this quite a few times with these devices.

Let me know how you get on with the name change first though.
