My internet speed has been getting worse and drops the internet connection at some frequency. The router is now only connecting at just over 40MB/s. Please can I get some assistance to resolve this as utilising Teams/Zoom is causing an issue and is used daily.

I'm sorry to hear this.
I've completed a line test which has detected a potential line fault.
I have passed this straight over to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer and we should receive further updates within the next 48-72hrs.
